Buddies at The Copeland Ramblings

Another weird weekend in progress - yesterday I worked four hours overtime till 10pm, and ended up going to bed around 1pm, much later than usual, so once again my weekend is all weird. There isn’t all that much to do during the night when you’re up. This morning I tried calling Immigration to get a status on Deb’s application, I don’t know what I was thinking, it’s saturday, of course the government isn’t working. We applied last October, and from what we’ve been able to figure out from their cryptic website, they’re looking at applications recieved up to last september! Aye! This week we’ll be applying for an extension to Debra’s visitors visa, we’re going to try to do it by mail this time instead of heading off to Buffalo or wherever. With all this paperwork between countries, it’s a good thing our two political leaders get along so well…….

With all that said, we also know that we will get it when God wants us to have it. Sure, we’d be ecstatic to have it now, but does God have something better for us? We know He does, and so we’re all for it.
