Youth Group, the End of the World and Dutch Blitz

Last night Deb and I had the youth group over to our house. Debra set up some great snacks and I spoke. I spoke on the End Times and we had a great discussion about the many aspects of it. It was a lot of fun to talk about, exciting to study God’s final plan for everything. James 4:14 describes our short lives as vapors, especially when compared to eternity! What we do here effects not only our eternity, but also the eternity of others. Afterwards we played some rowdy games of Dutch Blitz. To see what we were studying, you can download our End of the World timeline from the sidebar

There are many things I don’t know for sure…. for example, I don’t know for sure how the End Times will all play out. But this I do know for SURE, God tells me to live my life READY for Him to return. So no matter how it all comes down I must live my life to His glory and then it really doesn’t matter, the most important thing is how I live my life! Loving obedience, moment by moment, wins the reward of, “Well done, my good and faithful servant!”
