This morning I finished work around 5:30am, an hour early which isn’t bad since we were getting overtime pay. I stopped by Sobey’s and got a couple highly caffeinated drinks to keep me up and help the Aldom’s move. Matt and Melanie Aldom are friends from church who are moving from Shelburne to Alliston. They also have a couple cute little kids, Micah and Jonah, who Deb occasionally babysits. Anyways, Ken and I met at the Auto Centre and drove over to Matt’s for 9am. I was feeling alright, wired on caffeine. The main truck was already loaded for us ready to go so we just filled up a few more vans and off we went to Alliston! It was fun to hang out with friends, doing a little work to help out. Matt and Melanie’s new house is beautiful, a nice upgrade from their house in Shelburne. We won’t see them as much now, and will really miss them but we’re happy for them in their new house. I finished up in Alliston close to 1pm and went home. Debra had stayed home to do an open house for our house thats up for rent. We’ve had a lot of people interested and its a hard job weeding people out. A busy Saturday but fun as well. Tomorrow we’re off to African Lion Safari, we’ll definitely have lots of pictures to post :o)
