Amazing News!
Yesterday we found out that Debra is pregnant! We are so excited and can not wait to see all that God does! We found out yesterday afternoon and raced to my parents house to tell them, but no one was home! We called Debra’s family and soon most of mine. We put a note on the door that said ‘Welcome Home Grandma’. Mom got home and walked on by the sign! Debra is only a few weeks along, but we decided to share the news early so that you can be praying for us. It can be a scary thing, but God has given us an amazing peace and a huge excitement! Pray for Debra as she gets used to having an extra someone to nourish, also pray for her as she is still enrolled for school with New Tribes and will be attending classes. Pray for the baby’s health as it develops and grows. And finally – pray for me that I will learn how to best support Debra and be the husband that she needs. Look forward to many exciting updates in the future!

We are excited too and praising God! Hurray! He who began the “good work” will continue it and it will be a boy or a girl “good work”! We are going to be grand parents! We were good parents but now we are going to be GRAND!
