Movin’ In

Hello all! Its me Debra. I haven’t posted in forever!! What has it been? A month? Well, that’s because I have spent most of my time sitting on the couch eating crackers… But for the last week I have been feeling a lot better. Which is a huge blessing, since we went down to Michigan and then came back and moved in here at NTMC.
Well, tomorrow we are headed to Orangeville, to get my first ultra-sound! We are so excited. It might make it feel like I really am pregnant. Today Norm actually told me he thought I might be slightly showing. He was afraid to say anything before…. since who knows I may take it as him saying I am fat! Haha! No guy ever wants to say a girls stomach looks bigger… =) So that was fun that he said that. It made me feel better, cuz all my clothes are getting soooo tight.
Oh well.
We are mostly moved in now. Just dealing with the last little bit, the hard part… the things no one knows what to do with… I took a really big step yesterday, I told Norm that he could decorate the office….. AHHH! I am sure he will do just fine. But I usually do all the decorating and such. Our apartment is so small, so giving him the office was a big chunk of the house. But he was so excited! I am glad. He will have lots of fun with it. He is excited cuz there are a lot of decor type things of his that I really don’t like. But now that he has “his” room, he can do what he wants.
Well, I am babbling on too long. I will post again soon!

Debra

On this day..

Good luck to you on the ultrasound! Those are always so exciting. If your morning sickness hasn’t passed completely, you can buy some plain ole sesame seeds and eat a teaspoon of those when you feel really crummy. That helped me with my upset tummy! I know what you mean about the whole wanting to actually “look” pg. It’s always a great feeling!
