Ivy & Lemons

It’s been nearly a week since our last post! So I guess we could say that it’s been pretty busy here. Despite rarely leaving the campus we are always going somewhere to do something :o) On Sunday we went to Shelburne for church, to go to Bethel Bible Chapel. Todd Smith, who works for Youth For Christ in Shelburne spoke on Jesus and how He conducted His ministry. Afterwards we went to Orangeville to do some shopping. In Home Depot we found a lemon tree! Of course I had to have it… so Debra bought herself an ivy plant. Actually, we were looking at plants in the first place because we wanted some Ivy…. but I just couldn’t pass up the lemon tree. Any of you who know me well, know my feelings toward anything citrus. A lot of friends here at campus have been having us over for dinner, it’s been a lot of fun getting to know our fellow students. Today we have started our classes on Animism. It’s fascinating to learn about the mindsets of tribal people and how they view the world around them. Continue to pray for Debra and I as we continue along in her pregnancy. On Thursday we go for another appointment, just a check up to see how things are going. We promise to post again soon!
