The Inlaws are Coming! The Inlaws are Coming!

Actually, they’re here! Mom and Dad (Charlie and Tami) arrived Sunday evening and are staying for a week. We haven’t seen them since Kathleen’s wedding in February. They brought us a little set of overalls for their grandbaby. Dad said that they were good for grabbing hold of and lifting the kid! (as seen in photo) One really neat thing was our visit to the midwives. A friend had suggested them to us so we booked an appointment to ask questions. By the time we go there, we had almost already decided that we didn’t want to go to midwives, but that we might as well go to the appointment. We could really see God in the situation because by the time we left a couple hours later we were signed up! We asked all the questions we wanted and were reassured and really felt a peace about it. The new grandma got to hear the little (but fast) heartbeat which almost put her into tears! Anyways, we are really excited about all we learned about midwives and how God reassured us through it that this is what He has for us. No matter what happens we know that it is what He has planned, and that through it we can give Him all the glory.
