Nachos & Cheese

Last night Debra and her mom (with a little help from the guys) put on nachos and cheese for the students here at NTMC. We had a lot of people come through, it was fun to chat and for mom and dad to get to know some of the people that we spend time with on a day to day basis. Peter and Leah came as well and shared a bit about culture in the Manjui tribe where they worked in Paraguay. The kids must of heard about the big box of candy… because they soon showed up to stake their claim in the chocolate. Our time with mom and dad is almost up, they leave for Michigan on Sunday, but we still have Saturday! Tomorrow we will probably head up to Owensound for the afternoon. Pray for Debra’s parents as they make their way back to California with a stop in Michigan to visit their other daughter Christy. It’s been a great week, spending time with Deb’s parents, who we obviously don’t get to see that often. Thankfully we will get to see them again this Christmas, they bought us tickets to come down!
