Missions Conference

This weekend we headed down to Shelburne to speak at my home church at their missions conference. I’d really been looking forward to it and had learned at lot here at NTMC that I wanted to share with friends and family in Shelburne. I was given the morning and evening service. We headed down on Saturday and went to a pot-luck then listened to a missionary couple that is serving in Spain. During the morning service I spoke about missions and how it applies to everyone’s daily lives. I used the evening service to talk more specifically about our life here at NTMC and what we’re learning. Is there a need? Why take so much time to train? These are different things I spoke on. It was a lot of work for the both of us to get ready, we spent quite a bit of time putting together the powerpoints. But, it was definitely worth it and we look forward to sharing in the future what God has laid on our hearts.
