Surprise!
The gals here at school put on a surprise baby shower for me this morning! It was so awesome. They all kept the secret pretty good! I am so impressed. It was really fun, we opened presents, had cake, and hung out! My Aunt Leah came too! We had such a fun time. My mom sent up a quilt she made for Canaan, it is identical to one I had growing up but different colors. Thanks all for the shower!! You helped make me feel more prepared for our little one’s arrival.

Glad to hear that you had such a wonderful suprise! Oh, and I would be very happy to come and cook for you, if only I was going to be around longer. We should have thought of this earlier. I could have come to live in Durham and I could have been your maid! Oh well, maybe you’ll have another one and I can cook for you then! Haha!
