One week old!!
Today Canaan is one week old! My goodness time flies. I wish we could just pause time for a while. He’s such a great baby. He sleeps, eats and coos a lot! We just sit around staring at him. =) Tomorrow my dad is going back home to California. We are so sad, both for us and for him. I wish that we all lived so close together so that they could enjoy him all the time. Luckily we have webcams! But its just not the same. =( We are also sad to have our cook and house cleaner leaving. My mom’s ankle is still really bad and Norm and I are busy adjusting to parenthood and learning how to feed this little guy!
Just so you all know… I love being a mom! It’s the best thing ever. =)
