Today Canaan met the other side of his family! Gregg, Kathleen and Critter drove up from Michigan to meet their new nephew. Canaan was in fine form and showed off with cute faces and sounds. The aunts and uncle are staying for close to a week, I’m sure that it will go by way too fast, we’ve already had so much fun hanging out with them. This also means that we have tons of baby sitters at hand. Tomorrow we’re going out to celebrate our second anniversary! Canaan’s arrival prevented us from making plans early, but we’re going to go out for dinner and watch a movie, just hanging out together will be very special and quite the luxury. Our anniversary is actually on Monday (the 3rd) but we didn’t want to go out on a school night. I’m going to have to fight for time with Canaan this week, he’s way too popular :o)
