The Copeland Ramblings

At least for the foreseeable future, you’ll see a lot of posts titled similarly to this one: “Canaan’s First ” Pretty much everything we do is Canaan’s first time and will be heavily documented and posted. We can’t seem to help ourselves. Before the pregnancy, one of our favourite things to do was hiking and enjoying the outdoors. Nearly every morning after coming home from the night shift we’d go out for a sun rise walk. We also lived very close to a beautiful provincial park and took advantage of that. Morning sickness and kidneys wiped Debra right out for the next nine months. It’s been a lot of fun watching both Debra and Canaan. Debra is feeling better and better each day. Canaan has had a few good nights in a row, leaving Debra with much more energy for the day. Yesterday evening we went for a little walk around the property, it was so much fun! We enjoyed being in the forest and enjoying God’s creation. Here are a few pics from our walk:
