It’s been a busy couple of days! All of our belongings are finally in our new home and we are almost done putting everything in it’s place. While unpacking we were trying to pare down get rid of some things that we don’t’ want to be carrying around with us as we travel. The next step is to give our old house a thorough cleaning. We were given a cleaning checklist and we are about half way done with that. We can’t wait to be completely done with the old place and settled in.
Every day there are new things to see with Canaan. Guess what he’s done TWICE now? Yes, we know it’s a fluke, he shouldn’t be able to do this yet, but he rolled over! He did it yesterday and again today. He was on the floor with absolutely nothing to push against. He continues to smile more and more and enjoys us talking and playing with him. The end of the semester continues to draw near, in a week in a half we start Tech Tips. During Tech Tips we will learn technical skills we will need in a foreign country such as setting up solar panels. That lasts a few weeks and then we begin Jungle Camp, we will post later with more details about Jungle Camp. We are almost half way done our time here at NTMC, it went fast!
