Good Day to go to the Airport

We got up this morning at 3am to get Christy to the airport. As you’ve probably heard, we picked a winner of a day to go to the airport. We hadn’t heard about any of it before we got there, but we realized right away that something was up when we arrived at the airport to see countless news vans lining the curb. I am thankful that they caught perpetrators, it’s amazing the ramifications the arrests had on many many people around the world. Critter for instance missed her flight, we showed up an hour early for her flight but it wasn’t enough today. The airport was on a high alert and all bags had to be checked in 40 mins before boarding time. We barely missed it and she was put on standby on a later flight. She made it on this later flight and was soon on her way to Detroit!
