Harvest Festival

Yesterday evening was our second ‘Harvest Festival’ here at NTMC! Debra helped to decorate the gym with hay bales, corn stalks and pumpkins giving it a real fall atmosphere, others signed up to put together booths, kind of like a fall fair. There were lots of games and contests as well as a BBQ. This year our roles were reversed: At the last Harvest Festival Debra was pregnant and couldn’t stay long before she needed to go home. This year I was sick and went home early with Canaan. One booth did kid’s face paintings, we couldn’t miss out on that. Canaan had his face painted by Hemp, he definitely wasn’t a fan of the painting process but he sure looked cute!

Then there was the kissing booth manned by an extremely creepy guy with funky teeth. Don’t worry though, it was only a game to win these kind of kisses. :o)

It was a lot of fun and I wish I could have stayed longer!

Check out last years Harvest Festival
