Family Thanksgiving

Yesterday we had our family Thanksgiving dinner! Debra worked hard in the kitchen for hours and hours to produce a spectacular turkey dinner, it was amazing! She pulled all the stops: turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green bean casserole and more!
We were all very appreciative of her hard work.

After dinner Ken came over and we went out in search of a little Christmas tree to put up! We wanted something small - we found what we were looking for! Canaan was very interested in this prickly thing that appeared in his house! Pulling out the decorations and deciding what goes where is one of Deb’s favourite times of the year, she has so much fun. It’s also a lot of fun to just watch her create. Our tree is decorated and looks beautiful. Afterwards we played a fun game of cranium and watched a movie. It was a great, relaxing, fun family day. I love having two thanksgivings every year!
