Visiting Blogger Friends

This weekend we got to visit Jennifer Heemskerk as well as her husband and much of his family! I knew Jennifer in high school, but hadn’t seen her since I was about 16. Deb of course had never met her. Not long after Debra became pregnant we found Jennifer’s blog through a mutual friend and began to get to know each other. Jennifer has always been encouraging, we enjoy her comments! It’s been fun watching their little girl Rachel grow, Rachel was born just a week or so before we found out that Deb was pregnant. It’s great to see how blogs can be used to create new friendships and keep in touch with others when it might otherwise not happen.
