Evacuation

NTM Guinea personnel that were working in Conakry where most of the protests are taking place have been evacuated to Senegal. Here’s the press release from NTM:

Three NTM families have now been safely evacuated to Senegal from their homes in Conakry. Martial law, which took effect Monday in Guinea, has diminished the violence evident during protests against the government, and has allowed some commercial flights to resume. NTM leaders have not found it necessary to move other missionary families from their safe location. Please continue to pray for peace to be restored to the country.”

On this day..
