All mine!If you’re Canadian or at least live in Canada you’ll recognize that cup very well. Tim Hortons Iced Cappucinos. MMMMM! Canaan has been able to suck through a straw for a long time, it wasn’t too hard for him to figure it out. He always gets pretty excited when he realizes that we’re going to let him have a sip; he laughs, slaps his knees and begins to kick furiously.

This last week we have been going through a short class on translation principles. It was an amazingly informative class into all that goes into producing an accurate translation of the bible. A little daunting perhaps but luckily it’s not up to us to do it on our own! Dave Brunn our teacher shared many stories about how God provided insight into the culture and language to help produce a clear translation of the Bible. Today was our last day of translation and we presented our own translation of Mark 2. We had been put into groups and then went through the whole translation process.

Every Last Drop

We are still working on our video for our presentation at NTBI. Jake and James continue to gather footage while Kane and I plow ahead with the editing. We are about half done with the videos. It’ll be a close call as to whether or not we get done all that we wanted but God knows! He’s in control of this whole thing and knows what He wants the students in Jackson and Waukesha to see and hear.

Tonight all of us students have a giant game of Bunko! We played last year when Deb was quite pregnant and she won! We’ll see how she does tonight.

On this day..
