Rested

NC210023.JPG After our early morning arrival home we were able to spend most of yesterday napping, resting and unpacking. We’re still not totally back up to speed, but today should do it. While in Quebec City we had the chance to go to ‘Old Quebec’, it is the old fortified part of the city that dates back some 400 years. Debra, Canaan & I spent an afternoon in Old Quebec and as we passed through the gates we felt like we had been transported to an old European town. It is a gorgeous, breath taking area and we are excited to be able to soon live so close to such a historic place. I’ve always enjoyed history so this was definitely a treat for me. It was very cold though and we are looking forward to visiting Old Quebec this fall. Here are a couple of our pictures:
