Packing Day

Canaan Helps Us Pack Yesterday was the very last day of our training with NTM! It’s hard to believe years of classes that we’re finally done. We’ll be graduating with a BA of Intercultural Studies, which honestly really doesn’t matter to us or most of our class since most of us will be working with NTM anyways. After finishing classes yesterday I had my last afternoon of PTC (work detail) and today is set aside for packing! We hope to get as much done today as possible because the next few days are heavy with graduation events. Tomorrow we will have our senior class breakfast and a graduation rehearsal and then Saturday is the day!

Canaan Helps Us Pack Canaan likes to ‘try’ and help us, though I think that for him it’s more of an exploration than anything. The weather here has been pretty hot the last few days so we took Canaan down for a dip at the lake. He enjoyed it most of the time though he couldn’t decide if he liked the water or not. It was pretty cold and I think that’s what bothered him.

Here’s a picture from our evening at the beach, check out the rest of them here:
