NYC to Durham
We arrived this afternoon in NYC! Our flights went well, no missed connections or unexpected drives across Europe. We were even blessed with an extra seat on each flight for Canaan to sleep in. He slept only a couple of hours on each flight but did great, we are very proud of our little traveller. The flight attendants just loved him! Customs was smooth and our bags were the first ones on the conveyor! Couldn’t have been better. Our friend Kathy Parker was already there waiting for us and she drove us to her church to pick up our car. We are staying the night at her place and will leave around 6am tomorrow morning in order to avoid NYC rush hour. Or at least try to. Our minds are swimming with all that we want to share and we look forward to having the chance to sit down soon and spend sometime writing and compiling photos and video.
