Ibruhima

Over this past summer we’ve had many opportunities to share about our experiences in Guinea. We are always asked about the believers in Guinea and how they are treated by those around them. We met a man in Guinea named Ibruhima, a believer who had faced a large amount of persecution from his family.

His story has been featured on the NTM webpage. Here’s an excerpt from the article…

“In November 2005 when Ibruhima was baptized he knew that persecution would follow. He just didn’t realize how intense it would be. His family immediately began insisting that he “repent” for becoming a Christian. They demanded that he come to their village so they could interrogate him about his faith in Christ. They would not let him return home for several days, accused him of many things and threatened him day after day. “
