Quebec… here we come!

It’s nearing midnight and we’ll soon be in bed, hopefully we’ll get a good nights sleep before our drive tomorrow. Pray for us… Canaan had a very rough day, he wasn’t falling asleep either which is strange for Canaan. He is typically an amazing sleeper and very consistent. Tonight though he was just in hysterics, we’d never seen him like that before. The poor boy has had a long summer, we’ve been living out of suitcases since our graduation early June and we are excited to settle down for a bit and get him onto a consistent schedule. Anyways, he is now sleeping and we’re praying that he’ll sleep well for the remainder of the night.

We’re planning on leaving around 9 or 10 tomorrow morning, we decided to wait out morning rush hour and avoid the headaches. It will likely be a 12 hour drive, but we’ll be aided by our new GPS unit which Deb’s grandpa John bought for us. Thanks Gramps! (someone pass on the message, he won’t likely be reading this) We aren’t sure when we’ll be able to post next or communicate, we’ll work on setting up phones and internet as soon as we can. I start French classes at the University on Monday and we’ve got a lot of work to do before then.

If you need to contact us the best bet would be to use the GrandCentral button below (also found on our contact page), it will forward to us on the road and at our new home in Quebec. Our Californian number, 805-504-8753 (also with GrandCentral) will reach us wherever we happen to be, feel free to call!

On this day..
