Vieux Québec with Peco
For our final day with Peco we visited Vieux (Old) Québec, a beautiful historic part of the city that we have visited many times during our time here. Normally you can find all kinds of canons and can climb onto the old wall but we realized when we got there that the city doesn’t remove any snow from the historic parks during the winter, the canons were completely buried nor could we access the stairs to get on to the wall. Despite all of this and frigid temperatures we managed to have great time checking out the architecture and a huge ice slide that has been put up on the promenade. We payed a few dollars for a ticket and soon Peco and I were soaring down the ice on a rickety old toboggan. Here are a few pictures of our chilly afternoon:
