I swear by Ginger to ease an upset stomach. Ginger Ale, Ginger Cookies, Ginger Tea, Ginger Root. The root is actually quite tasty, though strong and stringy. You don't actually eat it, but if you munch on the little strands and crush all the juice out it's quite helpful.

Hey I have heard that ginger works too. But I've never tried it. I did have a friend who was pregnant for twins her doctor recommended hard candies. I gave those a try and they amazingly worked, (I hate hard candies). Oriental stores might sell hard candies with ginger in them. Can you take sudafed for the sines infection or does it not work? We'll be praying for you.

The consensus seems to be ginger. Right now she's squirting saline up her nose, maybe tomorrow I'll have to find ginger in some form or another. Thanks everyone!
