I’m astonished to find myself an hour and a half away from the month of April! I feel like hardly no time has passed at all since we returned to Québec from our Christmas break in California. The start of April means that I have less than a month before the end of my second semester of French study. This semester has been so much heavier than the last, but that was to be expected. It’s strange, I go through times where I don’t feel like my French level is where it needs to be and other times when I feel like it is really coming together. I have been very thankful for various people that God has put in my life to encourage me! A few people have told me in the last week that I am really improving and doing well. God has really been reminding me lately of how awesome it is to trust the out come of our course to Him. He knew exactly how much we would learn here. Anyways, a few weeks ago I had to write an essay about an accident, so here is my attempt along with an English translation. This is the version that hasn’t been edited by my teacher thus it is FAR from perfect:

good job normy! we are proud of you, hang in there for that last little bit. Guess what….you will be a first time uncle next month! woo hoo!
