Our temporary home is in a small town called Mount Forest, it is a relatively quiet town… except this weekend! The Mount Forest Fireworks festival is happening and the town has filled up! This afternoon we checked out the car show which boasted 400 interesting cars. Canaan was quite excited about this part of the festival! Dana and Colin visited this morning and we spent some time wandering around Main Street with ice cream cones. The fireworks aren’t until later on tonight, we can’t go out to them because we don’t have a baby sitter but we are hoping to be able to see them from our yard. Here’s a few pictures from this morning.
^ There was a dog show as well and Canaan was sure that this dog would enjoy a handful of grass. He got the idea from our visit to grandma and grandpas last weekend where we fed the cows through the fence.
