38 weeks down and 2 to go!
Well, today I am now 38 weeks along! 14 days until my due date! =) That’s 266 days down! Its been a long long 9 months! I got pregnant in mid February… do you remember what you were doing in February? That was a long time ago. I am so looking forward to not being so tired and sore anymore. I have definitely reached the beached whale stage! =) Rolling over in bed is a pretty big task… much less getting out of our bed (which is still on the floor!)
Anyway… here are a few baby stats:
Emmaus should be around 7 pounds and 19.5 inches.
All of his organs including his lungs should be fully developed now!
I have been considered full term for a week now.
His is bum it all the way up underneath my right ribs.
Emmaus’Â heartbeat counter: 51,439,919
My sister Kathleen will be flying up on Nov 11th to come help us out in the last days and be here for delivery! I am so excited. I can’t wait to have her here. Then the rest of my family (Mom, Dad, Gregg and Christy) will be flying up on the 17th (my due date). Pray Emmaus doesn’t get too comfortable in his warm sauna! We want him here for family to see him in the flesh. =)
About a week and a half ago we had maternity photos taken by a friend Amanda Tyas. She did such a great job and we are so happy to have photos of this special time to remember forever. Thanks Amanda!!!
