You were prayed for!
Last night before supper the prayer group from our church in Enta came over to pray for my travels, our move to Senegal and all of the other things going on. I have to tell you, it was very encouraging! I appreciated that their prayers were very God focused, talking about his attributes, characteristics and who He is. They also took time to pray for everyone who supports us through prayer, encouragement and finances – thats you! They are very thankful for you and appreciate all that you do for us. And so are we!
They also picked out some scripture they thought would be encouraging to me, it was awesome to be so encouraged by God’s Word even in another language!
This morning I am taking care of a few loose ends here at the house before heading into  town to check my bags. I don’t leave until late tonight but we have to go in anyway and though that we might as well get rid of the bags. I am not looking forward to my flight BUT I can’t wait to see Debra and the boys again!
Here are a couple pics of the prayer group that came over:
