Here is a collection of short videos of our time Guinea. Most highlight a particular aspect of Guinean life or culture. A few more videos are currently in production so check back soon!

Guinea Intro
On August 12 we had a few minutes in the morning church services at Camarillo Evangelical Free Church to show this video and answer a few questions from Pastor Jim. In this video we introduce ourselves and share about what we experienced in Guinea, West Africa

Guinea Montage
This video is a short montage of our time in Guinea that we are using for a presentation at church. It shows the different things that we experienced in Guinea: the sights, the people, the culture and most importantly their need for Christ. God has definitely used this trip to increase our burden for the people of Guinea.

Guinea Tea
In this video a Guinean teenager named Dimba makes a nice strong shot of tea for Norm. With one pot of tea leaves they will brew three rounds of tea. Each round is a little weaker than the previous one. This a very social part of their culture and isn’t just about drinking tea.

Collecting Palm Nuts
In a Nalu village we watched as a teenager wrapped a bark rope around himself and a palm tree then quickly walked to the top of the tree. He knocked down palm heads which are full of palm nuts. The palm nuts are used to make oil and soap. Good thing he’s not afraid of heights!

Termites!
In the Tanda tribe some boys brought us the queen termite they found while tearing down a large termite hill. The termites are everywhere in Guinea and can quickly infest a home. They come in many varieties, some are large and winged while some are quite small. They are also a favourite food of some Guineans.
